Why screening matters: Many patients are unaware they meet diagnostic criteria. Routine screening catches conditions early when they respond best to treatment, and scores guide medication dosing and response monitoring.
You Are Not Alone
Breaking the Stigma
Seeking help is strength
Asking for help with a mental health condition takes the same courage as seeking care for any other illness. There is no weakness in recognizing that something is wrong and taking steps to address it.
100% confidential
Your mental health discussions are fully protected under HIPAA. We create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be completely honest about what you are experiencing.
Recovery is possible
The vast majority of people with mental health conditions experience significant improvement with appropriate treatment. You do not have to feel this way forever.
"Mental illness is not a personal failure. In fact, if there is failure, it is to be found in the way we have responded to people with mental and brain disorders." — Gro Harlem Brundtland, former WHO Director-General
